Week Thirty Five



It was an okay week. On Friday I used the sensor and walked 6.38 miles in 2hrs 20 minutes burning 819 calories. I really like the sensor. I'm trying to reorganize my food. I had been eating salads a lot not realizing just how fat my Lite Blue Cheese Dressing was, friggin 8 grams of fat! I'd eat dinner along with that salad, what was I thinking? I am eating a lot less compared to when I was 309lbs. gosh how did I ever get there? So my weigh in for this week is 240lbs. -3lbs. ya that's the 3 I gained last week, ugh. So that's a total loss of -51lbs. unofficially -69lbs.! Okay goal for next weigh in 230 something! Have a great week!

Week Thirty Four


All I have to say is Blah and Waaaaa! I bought the Nike sensor and tried it out. I went 5.7 miles in 1hr 55 minutes and burned 752 calories. I really like it, but I only used it once so far. I've been really bad and next week isn't looking too hot either. Okay for sure The post of 26th I'll have lost weight because I'm going to change things around with my eating. My weigh in for this week is a disgusting 243lbs. that's friggin +3 omg!

Week Thirty Three




It's been an ok week overall. I can't stand not having my class for a whole two weeks until the next session starts! I did acquire an ab thingy it's like a chair and you can do hecka sit ups so I can try to get rid of my belly faster. So does anyone have some exercise ideas that I can incorporate or even just some helpful tips. I'm getting annoyed losing 1-3lbs. a week I want to lose like 5-10lbs. I need biggest loser last chance work outs, lol Maybe for a week for lunch I'll have just soup to try to cut back on the calories and fat and see if that would help. I try to ride the bike all the time and twice a day even. So my weigh in for this week is 240lbs. Ya I lost -2lbs. for a total weight loss of -51lbs. and unofficially -69lbs. Ya for me! I'm really having a new lease on life and I'm loving it! Thanks guys see you next week!

Week Thirty Two


So it was a great week! I went to my High School reunion! The reunion wasn't too much fun as barely anybody had showed up to the events. I'm feeling good riding the bike all the time and I re-signed up for my Total Body Conditioning class since last week was the last class for that session. My weigh in for this week is 242lbs. -2lbs. Week Thirty One

Well hey guys! I've been really working it out on the bike. I've been doing a 7 mile stretch when I do go. It's like when I'm bored, why not exercise! I try to go in the morning but not on the 7 mile stretch and then in the evening do the 7 miles. I don't go everyday especially if I have my work out classes but I'm trying to stay active everyday. My weigh in for this week is 244lbs. Ya! For a loss of -2lbs. for a total of 47lbs. officially and 65lbs. unoficially.
